SCEC-ENDORSED LOCKSMITHS
The Security Construction and Equipment Committee is used by Australian government agencies and departments to evaluate security equipment. Locksmiths approved by this committee are able to fit locks to doors and windows of governmental security zones.

LOCK DESCRIPTIONS
Deadlocks
We supply and fit all different types of reliable deadlocks that add an extra layer of security to your home and business.
Window locks:
We supply and fit all different types of locks that can be used to secure lifting and sliding windows. We can also supply and fit window restrictors to comply with regulations enforced by strata or if you’d like to secure your homes with small children around.
Commercial grade lock:
We supply and fit all heavy-duty commercial grade locks including door closers. With great internal mechanics, they are reliable for any type of premise.
Residential locks:
Used to secure homes, it is available in a doorknob or lever style and can be installed on the front door or on internal doors. We also supply and fit swinging screen door locks and glass sliding door locks. These can be installed as a single point action to a 3-point action locking system for further security.
Safes:
We have a wide variety of safes available for supply and fit while we also service existing safes in homes and businesses. Based on measurements provided, we can recommend the best safe your space and needs. From being locked out of your safe to battery failures, we can be on site when needed to repair the problem.
SCEC- endorsed locksmiths
At A.A.Abel Locksmiths, we are certificated SCEC-endorsed locksmiths. This means we are authorised and licensed by ASIO T4 to work on Defence and Government property. We service and repair digital and high security SCEC safes as well as supplying SCEC Hardware and restricted systems.
Bolt locks:
We supply and fit bolt locks and double door locks that can be fitted to sliding glass doors or double doors to provide extra security.
Restricted master key systems:
A.A.Abel Locksmiths is able to provide different types of restricted systems to commercial and business premises. All restricted systems give you the option to control the personnel that have access to certain keys meaning that only an authorised person on file can receive a copy of the keys as they can only be cut through the locksmith that made the system. We can also offer an anti-pick/drill type of system for top of the line security.
